• Account data: email address, a hashed password, plan and billing status.
• Content: your chats, prompts, characters you create and images you generate or upload.
• Payment data: if you buy a plan, payment is processed by a third-party provider. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs used for security and debugging.
• Analytics: aggregated statistics from Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

How we use it

• to provide chats and image generation and keep your history;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions;
• to prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Service and comply with the law;
• to understand how the service is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use your private chats for advertising.

AI providers

To generate responses and images, your prompts are sent to third-party AI model providers that process them on our behalf. They receive the content needed for the request, not your account details.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; signing in requires essential cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account, chats and generated content at any time by writing to support@erogpt.ai. Some records, such as payment history, may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

Children

The service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete any such account we find.
