Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of EroGPT (erogpt.ai), an AI chat and image generation service for adults. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only

EroGPT contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing such material is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Fictional characters

All characters on EroGPT are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Every character is an adult. Conversations and images are produced by AI models and do not depict or involve real people.

3. Prohibited content and use

You agree not to use the service to create, request or share:

• any content involving minors or characters that appear to be minors;
• sexual imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent;
• content depicting non-consensual acts involving real people, bestiality or extreme violence;
• content that is illegal, promotes terrorism, or infringes the rights of others.

You also agree not to resell access, scrape the service, bypass limits or interfere with its operation. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@erogpt.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans and credits are billed in advance through our payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your account settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Content you create

You keep any rights you have in the prompts you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use the images and text generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content to provide the service. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

7. AI output

Responses are generated automatically, can be inaccurate or unexpected, and do not reflect our views. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
